Sensational!® Lavender 1 Live Perennial, Half Gallon Pot – Lavandula × intermedia ‘Sensational’

Sensational!® Lavender (Lavandula × intermedia ‘Sensational’) is a fragrant, evergreen to semi-evergreen perennial prized for its rich purple-blue flower spikes, aromatic silver-green foliage, and attractive mounding growth habit. This cultivated lavandin selection combines ornamental flowers with a distinctive lavender fragrance, making it suitable for sunny garden borders, herb gardens, pollinator plantings, and decorative outdoor containers.

During its flowering season, Sensational!® Lavender produces upright stems topped with dense clusters of violet-purple to purple-blue flowers. The colorful spikes rise above narrow, silvery-green leaves, creating a striking contrast of flower and foliage colors. Its fragrant blooms attract bees, butterflies, and other visiting pollinators. The foliage also releases a characteristic lavender scent when brushed or handled.

Sensational!® Lavender performs best in full sun and sharply well-drained soil. Once established, it has relatively low water requirements and is well suited to sunny landscapes where good drainage is available. Its naturally rounded habit makes it useful for edging, mixed perennial borders, rock gardens, and patio containers. In colder climates, foliage appearance may change seasonally, and some winter dieback can occur.

Each order includes 1 live Sensational!® Lavender supplied in a half-gallon nursery pot.
