At Jayme Garden, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent return process for our customers. Please read the following policy carefully.


🔄 Return Window

  • You must contact us within 2 days of delivery to report any issues or request a return/refund.
  • The return window is based on the delivery date shown in the tracking information.
  • Requests made after 2 days cannot be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping Fees & Labels

  • For approved returns due to defective or damaged items, Jayme Garden will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  • In most cases, returns are not necessary — we typically resolve issues through replacements or refunds without needing the item back.
  • We do not accept returns for non-defective items, change of mind, or unwanted products.

🌿 Return & Replacement Eligibility

1. Live Plants

  • If your plant arrives damaged (e.g., dead, black, or brown trunk) or dies within 30 days despite following care instructions, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.
  • If a return is needed, we will cover the shipping and provide a prepaid label.

2. Seeds, Bulbs, Scionwood & Cuttings

  • We offer replacements only if these items arrive damaged.
  • No return is required in these cases.

We Do Not Accept Returns For

  • Change of mind or unwanted items.
  • Opened seed packets without damage.
  • Healthy scionwood, cuttings, or plants.
  • Any claims submitted after the 2-day return window.

⚠️ Important Conditions

  • We do not cover damage caused by improper planting, neglect, or failure to follow provided care instructions.
  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

📩 How to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Email us at info@jaymegarden.com within 2 days of delivery. Include: Your order number, Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the outer packaging, including the shipping label, and A brief explanation of the issue.
