At Jayme Garden, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent return process for our customers. Please read the following policy carefully.
🔄 Return Window
- You must contact us within 2 days of delivery to report any issues or request a return/refund.
- The return window is based on the delivery date shown in the tracking information.
- Requests made after 2 days cannot be accepted.
🚚 Return Shipping Fees & Labels
- For approved returns due to defective or damaged items, Jayme Garden will cover the return shipping cost.
- If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- In most cases, returns are not necessary — we typically resolve issues through replacements or refunds without needing the item back.
- We do not accept returns for non-defective items, change of mind, or unwanted products.
🌿 Return & Replacement Eligibility
1. Live Plants
- If your plant arrives damaged (e.g., dead, black, or brown trunk) or dies within 30 days despite following care instructions, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.
- If a return is needed, we will cover the shipping and provide a prepaid label.
2. Seeds, Bulbs, Scionwood & Cuttings
- We offer replacements only if these items arrive damaged.
- No return is required in these cases.
❌ We Do Not Accept Returns For
- Change of mind or unwanted items.
- Opened seed packets without damage.
- Healthy scionwood, cuttings, or plants.
- Any claims submitted after the 2-day return window.
⚠️ Important Conditions
- We do not cover damage caused by improper planting, neglect, or failure to follow provided care instructions.
- We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
📩 How to Request a Return or Replacement
- Email us at info@jaymegarden.com within 2 days of delivery. Include: Your order number, Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the outer packaging, including the shipping label, and A brief explanation of the issue.
- We will respond within 1–5 business days with a resolution:
- We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or provide instructions if a return is necessary (along with a prepaid return label).
