🔄 Return Window (Strict)
You must contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery to report any issue.
- Based on carrier tracking delivery date
- Requests after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances
🌿 Nature of Our Products (Very Important)
All items sold (plants, seeds, cuttings, bulbs, scionwood) are natural and perishable products.
We do NOT guarantee:
- Germination
- Growth success
- Survival after planting
Success depends on factors outside our control, including:
- Climate & temperature
- Soil conditions
- Watering & care
- Planting method
- Buyer experience

We do NOT accept returns, refunds, or replacements for:
- Failure to grow or germinate
- Buyer dissatisfaction or change of mind
- Opened seed packets
- Healthy plants, cuttings, bulbs, or scionwood
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Incorrect planting or care
🚚 Shipping Responsibility
Once the order is shipped and handed to the carrier:
We are NOT responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Lost or stolen packages
- Transit damage caused by the carrier
However, we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items (Case-by-Case Only)
We only review claims if:
- You ACCEPT the package (do not refuse delivery)
- You contact us within 48 hours
- You provide clear photos of:
- Outer packaging
- Shipping label
- Item condition (multiple angles)
If approved, we may offer:
- Replacement (preferred solution), OR
- Partial refund (at our discretion)
👉 Returns are generally NOT required due to the perishable nature of the products
🌱 Live Plant Policy (Important Clarification)
- Plants may experience stress during shipping (leaf drop, minor damage) — this is normal
- This does NOT qualify for refund or replacement
- We do NOT guarantee plant survival after delivery
🚫 Return Shipping
- We do NOT require returns in most cases
- If a return is approved (rare), instructions will be provided
- Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted

- Packages refused by the buyer
