Sensational!® Lavender 1 Live Perennial, 1 Quart Pot – Lavandula × intermedia ‘Sensational’

Sensational!® Lavender (Lavandula × intermedia ‘Sensational’) is a fragrant, evergreen to semi-evergreen perennial valued for its violet-purple flower spikes, aromatic silver-green foliage, and rounded, mounding growth habit. This cultivated lavandin selection brings color, texture, and fragrance to sunny garden borders, herb gardens, pollinator landscapes, and decorative outdoor containers.

During summer, Sensational!® Lavender produces upright flower spikes with densely arranged violet-purple to purple-blue blossoms. The flowers stand above narrow, silvery-green leaves, creating an attractive contrast between the colorful blooms and fine-textured foliage. Both the flowers and leaves carry a characteristic lavender fragrance. Blooming stems also attract visiting bees, butterflies, and other pollinators.

Sensational!® Lavender performs best in full sun and sharply well-drained soil. It prefers moderate moisture during establishment and relatively low watering once established. Its mounding habit makes it suitable for sunny borders, rock gardens, fragrant plantings, and patio containers with excellent drainage. In colder climates, the foliage may change color or experience seasonal dieback during winter.
