Sapphire Surf Bluebeard 1 Live Plant – Caryopteris × clandonensis ‘Blauer Splatz’ – 2 Gallon Pot

First Editions® Sapphire Surf™ Bluebeard (Caryopteris × clandonensis ‘Blauer Splatz’) is a compact, deciduous flowering shrub valued for its vivid sapphire-blue flowers and attractive silvery-green foliage. The small flowers appear in abundant clusters along the stems, creating a colorful display from late summer into early fall.

This ornamental shrub develops a dense, rounded, mounding habit with aromatic foliage. Its blue flowers attract bees, butterflies, and other visiting pollinators, making it a useful addition to sunny perennial borders, mixed shrub plantings, and pollinator gardens. Sapphire Surf™ Bluebeard provides late-season color when many spring- and early-summer-flowering plants have finished blooming.

This listing includes one live Sapphire Surf™ Bluebeard in a 2 gallon nursery pot. The plant generally performs best in full sun and well-drained soil. Once established, it tolerates some dry conditions. Depending on the climate, it may lose its leaves or die back partially during winter before producing new growth in spring.
