Pugster Blue Butterfly Bush 3 Gallon Live Plant – Buddleja ‘Pugster Blue’

Pugster Blue® Butterfly Bush (Buddleja ‘Pugster Blue’) is a compact, deciduous flowering shrub known for its beautiful true-blue flowers and distinctive yellow-orange centers. Its vibrant flower clusters create an attractive display against green foliage, making it a colorful addition to sunny garden borders, pollinator gardens, and ornamental landscapes.

This variety produces abundant blooms from early summer through the first frost under favorable growing conditions. Each blue flower features a tiny yellow-orange eye that adds contrast and visual interest. Pugster Blue® is distinguished by its thick, sturdy stems, which contribute to improved hardiness and winter survival compared with many traditional dwarf butterfly bush varieties.

Supplied as a live plant in a 3 gallon nursery pot, Pugster Blue® develops a naturally compact, bushy growth habit. It performs best in full sun and well-drained soil and is suitable for mixed shrub borders, pollinator-friendly landscapes, and outdoor container gardens.
