Pineapple Popsicle™ Dwarf Red Hot Poker (Kniphofia ‘Pineapple Popsicle’) is a compact, clump-forming flowering perennial known for its bright pineapple-yellow flower spikes and narrow, grass-like green foliage. Also called Pineapple Popsicle Torch Lily, this ornamental plant adds cheerful color and vertical texture to sunny garden borders, rock gardens, pollinator plantings, and outdoor containers.
During summer, Pineapple Popsicle™ produces upright flower stems topped with dense clusters of tubular yellow blossoms. Its flowers provide nectar for hummingbirds and other visiting pollinators. The slender flower spikes rise above a neat mound of green foliage, creating a distinctive torch-like appearance. Additional flowering may occur during the growing season under favorable conditions.
This dwarf red hot poker grows best in full sun and well-drained soil. It prefers moderate moisture while establishing and develops some drought tolerance once established. Its compact growth habit makes it especially useful in smaller garden spaces, mixed perennial borders, and sunny patio containers.
Each order includes 1 live Pineapple Popsicle™ Dwarf Red Hot Poker supplied in a 1-quart nursery container (QT).
