Peach Sorbet® Blueberry (Vaccinium × ‘Peach Sorbet’) is a compact ornamental fruiting shrub valued for its colorful foliage, spring flowers, and edible blueberries. Part of the Bushel and Berry® collection, this blueberry features attractive leaves that can display peach, pink, orange, and green tones, providing ornamental interest beyond its fruiting season. Its naturally compact, rounded growth habit makes it suitable for edible landscapes, patio containers, small gardens, and decorative shrub borders.
During spring, Peach Sorbet® Blueberry produces small, white to pale pink, bell-shaped flowers that can develop into edible blueberries when successfully pollinated. The berries ripen to a deep blue color and offer a sweet flavor suitable for fresh eating and culinary use. Its foliage changes color throughout the growing season, with new growth often displaying peachy-pink tones and mature leaves becoming greener. In cooler weather, the foliage may develop deeper red or purple shades.
Peach Sorbet® Blueberry performs best in full sun to partial shade and prefers acidic, organically rich, well-drained soil with consistent moisture. It is considered self-fertile, although nearby compatible blueberry varieties may improve pollination and fruit production. In suitable climates, this cultivar may retain much of its foliage through winter, while colder conditions can cause seasonal leaf loss or dormancy.
Each order includes 1 live Peach Sorbet® Blueberry supplied in a 1-gallon nursery container (G1).
