Paisley Pup® Leucothoe 1 Live Evergreen Shrub, 2 Gallon Pot, 12 Inches – Leucothoe fontanesiana ‘SMNLFGRV’

Paisley Pup® Leucothoe (Leucothoe fontanesiana ‘SMNLFGRV’) is a compact broadleaf evergreen shrub valued for its distinctive variegated foliage and graceful, arching growth habit. Its glossy green leaves feature irregular creamy-white markings, while emerging foliage may display attractive pink or rosy tones. The combination of colorful leaves and naturally spreading branches makes this ornamental shrub suitable for shaded borders, woodland gardens, foundation plantings, and decorative containers.

Throughout the growing season, Paisley Pup® Leucothoe provides foliage interest with its contrasting green, cream, and pink coloration. In spring, small, bell-shaped white flowers may appear in hanging clusters beneath the foliage. Its gently arching stems create a soft, layered appearance that complements other shade-loving shrubs and woodland perennials.

Paisley Pup® Leucothoe performs best in partial shade and prefers acidic, organically rich, consistently moist but well-drained soil. Protection from intense afternoon sunlight and drying winds helps maintain attractive foliage. As a broadleaf evergreen, it generally retains its leaves throughout the year, although foliage color and density may change with seasonal temperatures and growing conditions.
