EverColor Everest Sedge 1 Live Plant – Carex oshimensis ‘Everest’ – 1 Gallon Pot

EverColor® Everest™ Sedge (Carex oshimensis ‘Everest’) is an ornamental evergreen to semi-evergreen perennial valued for its striking green-and-white variegated foliage. Its narrow, arching leaves feature rich green centers bordered by bright white margins, creating a crisp, contrasting appearance in garden beds, shaded borders, and outdoor containers.

This Japanese sedge forms a dense, fountain-like clump of fine-textured foliage that provides ornamental interest throughout much of the year. Its graceful, arching growth habit makes it suitable for woodland gardens, mixed perennial borders, garden edging, and decorative patio planters. Unlike true ornamental grasses, Carex belongs to the sedge family, Cyperaceae.

This listing includes one live EverColor® Everest™ Sedge in a 1 gallon nursery pot. The plant generally performs best in partial shade to shade, although it can tolerate some sun in cooler climates when soil moisture is adequate. It prefers moist, well-drained soil and benefits from consistent moisture during dry periods.
