Canada Anemone – 1 Live Plant, 1-Gallon Pot – Anemone canadensis

Canada Anemone (Anemone canadensis), also known as Canadian Anemone or Meadow Anemone, is a North American native herbaceous perennial valued for its bright white flowers and attractive, deeply divided green foliage. Its open, five-parted blossoms appear above the leaves, bringing seasonal interest to naturalistic gardens and perennial plantings.

This species typically flowers in late spring to early summer. It spreads through underground rhizomes, gradually forming dense colonies that can provide effective groundcover in suitable growing conditions. Its spreading habit makes it particularly useful for larger planting areas, woodland edges, and naturalized landscapes.

Canada Anemone grows best in medium-moisture to moist soils and tolerates full sun to partial shade when adequate moisture is available. Because it can spread vigorously, it is best placed where its natural colonizing habit is appropriate.

The seller also describes an 18-inch measurement in connection with the plant's flowering stems; this is not a confirmed shipping height.
