Autumnalis Higan Cherry – 1 Live Flowering Tree, 3-Gallon Size – Prunus × subhirtella ‘Autumnalis’

Autumnalis Higan Cherry (Prunus × subhirtella ‘Autumnalis’) is a deciduous ornamental flowering tree admired for its delicate pale pink blossoms and graceful branching structure. Also known as Autumn Flowering Cherry, this cultivar is especially valued for its unusual ability to produce flowers outside the traditional spring flowering season.

In suitable climates, small clusters of semi-double, pale pink flowers may appear intermittently during mild periods in autumn and winter, followed by a more noticeable flowering display in early spring. Its fine-textured green foliage provides seasonal interest before developing yellow to bronze autumn tones.

Autumnalis Higan Cherry develops a graceful, spreading to rounded canopy and is suitable for ornamental specimen plantings, lawns, garden borders, and open landscape areas. It performs best in full sun and fertile, well-drained soil with moderate moisture. Flowering timing and intensity depend on regional climate and seasonal temperatures.
