Each order includes 2 live starter plants with established root systems. Plants are started in 2-inch nursery pots during cultivation but are shipped bare root to reduce shipping costs and minimize transit stress. Nursery pots are not included. Each plant is carefully wrapped with its soil pod for protection during shipping. Upon arrival, avoid disturbing or removing the soil pod before planting. You will receive plants similar to those pictured, with natural variations in size, shape, and foliage.

Claims submitted without required photos may not be eligible for review.

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery will be considered accepted as received and may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
