This distinctive elephant ear cultivar is prized for its dramatic green foliage splashed and mottled with dark purple to nearly black markings. This listing includes two (2) starter plants originally grown in 2-inch nursery pots. Please note these are starter plants inserted into 2-inch pots and are not fully rooted into the pots. Each plant has a fully established root system and is shipped bare root with its original soil pod carefully wrapped to help protect the roots during transit. Please do not remove or disturb the soil pod upon arrival. The 2-inch nursery pots are not included.

Colocasia are delicate during shipping and may lose some or all of their leaves in transit. This is a normal response to shipping stress. Healthy plants regrow quickly from their underground corms after acclimating. If leaves are damaged or lost during shipping, simply trim the stems to approximately 1.5 inches above the soil line and allow the plant time to produce new growth.
