Each order includes 2 live starter plants with established root systems. Plants are cultivated in 2-inch nursery pots but are shipped bare root to reduce shipping costs and minimize transit stress. Nursery pots are not included. Each plant is carefully wrapped with its soil pod for protection during shipping. Please leave the soil pod intact during unpacking and transplanting to help reduce root disturbance. You will receive plants similar to those pictured, with natural variations in size, color, and foliage.

• Scratch test photos if the plant appears dead or dormant

Dormant, stressed, defoliated, wilted, or transit-shocked plants are not automatically considered dead.

Claims submitted without required photos may not be eligible for review.

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery will be considered accepted as received and may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
