This listing includes 2 live starter plants. Starter plants are inserted into 2-inch nursery pots during cultivation but are not fully rooted into the pot. Each plant has a fully established root system and is currently grown in a tray before shipment. Plants are shipped bare root in a protective soil pod to help reduce shipping stress. Please do not remove or disturb the soil pod upon arrival.

Alocasia plants are sensitive to shipping and may experience leaf loss during transit. As rhizomatous plants, they store energy in their underground corm (bulb-like rhizome) and can produce new growth even if leaves are lost during shipping.
