The amount and distribution of yellow coloration vary naturally between leaves and individual plants. Its trailing or climbing stems make it a familiar ornamental foliage plant for indoor collections.

Golden Pothos is suitable for containers, hanging displays, and supported climbing arrangements. It generally prefers bright, indirect light but can tolerate lower indoor light levels, although variegation may become less pronounced.
